In accordance with the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects and the Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects, Zhaoqing Minglida Technology Co., Ltd. hereby publicly discloses the Environmental Protection Acceptance Report for the Completion of the New Energy Vehicle Components and Precision Parts Production Project (Phase I) (hereinafter referred to as the “Phase I Project”) for public oversight.

I. Project Overview

The Phase I project site is located at Building No. 2, Guangdong Weiyue Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., Gutang North Road, Zhaoqing High-Tech Zone. The project developer obtained the “Approval Opinion of Zhaoqing Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau on the Environmental Impact Report for the New Energy Vehicle Components and Precision Parts Production Project” on March 4, 2022, with approval number Zhao Huan Gao Xin Jian [2022] No. 10. From February 14 to February 17, 2023, Guangdong Sifute Testing Co., Ltd. conducted the completion environmental protection acceptance monitoring for Phase I. During the monitoring period, the supporting pollution control facilities operated normally, and the test results met the acceptance standards.

II. Acceptance Procedures

In accordance with the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management of Construction Projects and the Interim Measures for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects, Huizhou Huanke Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. compiled the Completion Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring Report for the New Energy Vehicle Components and Precision Parts Production Project (Phase I) after project completion. An acceptance team was formed comprising the construction unit, compiling unit, acceptance monitoring unit, and technical review experts. Following on-site inspection by the acceptance team, the project was approved for acceptance.
