July 10-12, 2024, the 18th Shanghai International Die Casting & Non-Ferrous Casting Exhibition took place at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Centered on the theme “New Energy Vehicle Development Shaping a New Global Landscape for Die Casting,” the event gathered 106 top-tier enterprises and 175 casting exhibitors from the global die casting industry. Minglida made a stunning appearance showcasing its latest die casting technological achievements and solutions.

After over two decades of development, new energy vehicles have gained widespread public acceptance. China now leads the world in both production and sales of new energy vehicles, with an upward trend, positioning it as one of China's seven strategic industries. As a high-tech enterprise integrating research, development, production, and sales, Minglida has consistently focused on the R&D, manufacturing, and market promotion of core components such as die-casting technology and precision mold design.

At the exhibition, Minglida delivered a keynote presentation titled “Large Battery Trays Using Aluminum-Aluminum Material Combinations,” which immediately captured widespread attention among attendees. With the rapid expansion of the new energy vehicle market, government emission reduction policies, and consumers' increasing demands for vehicle performance, lightweighting and high safety have become critical factors in automotive design for reducing energy consumption and enhancing driving range. Aluminum stands out among materials due to its lightweight, high strength, excellent heat dissipation, and corrosion resistance, positioning it as a key competitive factor in the future new energy vehicle market. Minglida has long been committed to applying aluminum die casting and extrusions in critical components for new energy vehicles.

At the exhibition, Minglida meticulously curated a dedicated “Application Zone for Aluminum Die Casting, Extrusions, and Other Material Structural Components in New Energy Vehicles and Photovoltaic Industries,” showcasing its latest R&D achievements comprehensively. These products not only demonstrate Minglida's masterful die-casting techniques and superior mold design but also reflect its unique insights into integrating aluminum die-cast and extruded components. Multiple technical experts provided accessible explanations on-site, vividly illustrating how Minglida continuously enhances product performance through technological innovation and process upgrades while exploring optimal cost-efficiency pathways.

During the exhibition, Minglida's automotive front beam component was honored with the “Outstanding Die-Cast Component and Mold” award. The company also hosted multiple technical lectures and seminars centered on the future development philosophy of die-casting technology—“Grand, Path, Intelligence, Simplicity.” These sessions explored trends in new energy vehicle die-cast components, the application of intelligent digitalization in die-casting production, integrated precision manufacturing, and sustainable development, offering valuable insights for the industry's future.

As an exemplary enterprise in the die-casting industry, Minglida upholds the philosophy of “serving the nation through industry.” Committed to technological innovation and exceptional quality, it strives to become a globally leading one-stop precision structural component manufacturer. Minglida is dedicated to providing superior products and services to customers worldwide while driving the healthy and sustainable development of the die-casting industry.
