As the global economic landscape undergoes profound shifts, industries across the board face an increasingly severe economic winter. Weak market demand and intensifying competition have placed unprecedented pressure on Minglida's survival and development. To collectively address this challenge, on the afternoon of July 22, Jiangsu Minglida organized a planning transformation mobilization meeting themed “There's a Spirit Called ‘Act Immediately’” for all personnel at the manager level and above in the company's main auditorium.

At the meeting, attendees shared their views on the theme and actively offered suggestions on navigating the current “winter period” and “reshuffle phase” in the manufacturing industry. The atmosphere was as “heated” as the summer solstice weather that day. The meeting yielded positive outcomes, with all participants reaching a consensus to “act immediately and deliver tangible results.” They pledged to become resolute pioneers, relentless strivers, and tenacious fighters, determined to win Minglida's critical survival battle and strive tirelessly to make the company a “global leader.”
