To help management trainees integrate into Minglida and enhance their core workplace competitiveness, the Human Resources Department organized a six-day 2025 “Mingri Stars” Management Trainee Induction Bootcamp from July 11 to 17. This bootcamp brought together 66 trainees from four regional companies. Through customized courses, in-depth business insights, and a solemn apprenticeship ceremony, they successfully completed their role transition. Sixty-six rising stars converged at Minglida, undergoing six days of intensive training to empower their new journey. This initiative injects powerful new momentum into Minglida's high-quality development.

Career Fundamentals: Covering modules such as role awareness, team collaboration, and efficient execution, this module empowers trainees to rapidly master scientific work methodologies and build a solid foundation for career development.
Business Deep Dive: Leaders from core divisions—die casting, extrusions, plastics—and subsidiaries deliver in-depth insights into their respective business domains, core technologies, and strategic planning. This enables participants to precisely grasp the company's industrial layout while immersing themselves in the vision and execution of Minglida's global strategy.

On July 17, the highly anticipated Management Trainee Mentorship Ceremony was held with great fanfare.
Blueprint Unveiled: The ceremony provided a detailed interpretation of the management trainee development program, emphasizing the project's overall planning and management mechanisms. This clearly outlined the future growth path and development direction for the trainees.
Mentor-Mentee Pairings: With deep respect, 66 management trainees sequentially established exclusive one-on-one guidance relationships with seasoned mentors.
Path of Succession: Moving forward, mentors will provide comprehensive support through a “mentoring and guidance” model, covering professional skill enhancement, career planning navigation, and other dimensions. This initiative is dedicated to achieving dual objectives: the succession of technical expertise and the transmission of corporate culture.
